Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING

STUDENTS WILL GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF:
- DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS AND THE MAIN TOPICS OF STATISTICAL INFERENCE
- STATISTICAL MODELS FOR DATA ANALYSIS AND THEIR APPLICATIONS IN REAL CASES

APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING

THE COURSE AIMS AT HELPING THE STUDENTS TO DEVELOP THE ABILITY TO USE STATISTICS METHODS AND MODELS ON TOPICS MAINLY RELATED WITH MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE.

THEORETICAL RESULTS AND EMPIRICAL EVIDENCES WILL BE GIVEN TO ALLOW A PROPER PROCEDURE IN THE CHOICE AND INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS IN EMPIRICAL APPLICATIONS ON REAL DATA SET.

MODULE III STATISTICAL INFERENCE
