Objectives | |

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING THE PURPOSE OF THE COURSE IS TO ENSURE AN ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF THE REGARDING EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS AND OF THE FUNDAMENTALS OF LABOUR UNION LAW. THE LEARNING ALSO DEEPLY ANALYSES THE ISSUES OF LABOUR LAW (FLEXIBLE FORMS OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS, LABOUR MARKET ORGANIZATION, PRODUCTION DECENTRALIZATION) AND OF ITS MORE RECENT REFORMS AS WELL AS SOCIAL SECURITY AND SAFETY AT WORK. - APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: THE COURSE PROVIDES THE TOOLS REQUIRED FOR PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN PRIVATE AND PUBLIC UNDERTAKINGS, AS WELL AS FOR AN EFFECTIVE AND LEGITIMATE USE OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF CONTRACT, INCLUDING THE FLEXIBLE ONES, WHICH ARE GOVERNED BY LABOUR LAW. - MAKING JUDGMENTS: THE LEARNING AIMS TO PROVIDE THE COGNITIVE TOOLS THAT ARE REQUIRED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STUDENT’S CRITICAL SKILLS AND WHICH ALLOWS THE STUDENT TO MAKE SELF-EVALUATIONS AND REFLECTIONS ON THE MAIN PROBLEMS LINKED TO THE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE FIELD OF LABOUR LAW. - COMMUNICATION SKILLS: THE LEARNING AIMS TO PROVIDE THE COGNITIVE TOOLS THAT ARE REQUIRED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDEPENDENT INTERLOCUTORY ABILITIES TO BE USED WITH EXPERTS AND NON EXPERTS OF LABOUR LAW. - LEARNING SKILLS: THE LEARNING AIMS TO PROVIDE THE STUDENT WITH THE INDEPENDENT ABILITY OF APPLYING THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE TO THE PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE AND TO FIND THE MOST APPROPRIATE PRACTICAL AND THEORETICAL SOLUTIONS. THE COURSE ALSO AIMS TO ENSURE A LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE APPROPRIATE TO UNDERTAKE FURTHER STUDIES OF THE MATTER WITH METHODOLOGICAL AND CRITICISM INDEPENDENCE. |
