	Knowledge and understanding The topics analyzed during the course will focus on main management theories, from business administration cycle to strategic analysis, from strategic planning to directional control. Large emphasis will be reserved in particular to styles, techniques, and tools for leadership management, as a fundamental competence for governing complex situations. Applying knowledge and understanding At the end of the course, students will be able to analyze in depth and understand with critical sense the main managerial issues, with subsequent ability to assume consistent management decisions for the solution of business problems and the planning of business success.
