| Knowledge and understanding In the laboratory, various business problems will be analyzed with focus on the phenomena of internationalization, from the choice of the most appropriate internationalization modalities to the analysis of specific practices (“best” and “worst”) that can best exemplify internationalization processes governance and management. Business testimonies and case studies will allow implementing the advanced studies of the laboratory. Applying knowledge and understanding At the end of the course, students will be able to understand the main operational problems of the internationalization processes, in order to determine, interpret, and apply the fundamental business operations required by the internationalization methods (direct and indirect export, abroad settlements, and intercompany agreements). |
