Abstract

The seminar aims to present current trends changing the legal services market and its environment, particularly in the context of the impact of the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Considerations regarding the future of the market are preceded by a characterization of changes occurring in the analyzed sector and a discussion of current challenges. The results of my research indicate that in the wake of the digital transformation and the digitalization of the sector accelerated by the pandemic, law firms and legal departments need to evaluate themselves internally, revise the management strategies and marketing plans used so far, take care of their clients and internal organizational culture.
