Objectives
The final test is meant to assess the skills acquired by the student. His/her scientific maturity will be verified within the scope of the chosen disciplinary study, and the methodological and technical skills acquired during the three years of university studies.

Knowledge and Understanding
The student must show to have a solid knowledge of the subject of the final test.

Applying Knowledge and Understanding
The student must demonstrate the ability to apply the knowledge acquired during his/her studies with sufficient autonomy to produce an original contribution which can be theoretical, methodological, of design or implementative.
Prerequisites
In order to be eligible to take the final exam, students must have passed all the tests (with the exception of the final test) of the courses in his/her curriculum, acquiring the associated CFU credits.
Contents
The test consists in either deepening, also through bibliographic search, specific subject contents covered during the course of studies or analyzing a project carried out as part of training or work experience, applying the concepts and methods learned in the course of studies.
The topic is decided by the student in agreement with a member of the Teaching Council (the Supervisor), who acts as a guide during such education activity.
Teaching Methods
The role of the Supervisor is to guide: the student must demonstrate a sufficient degree of autonomy.
Verification of learning
The test consists in the preparation, drafting and discussion of a paper. The paper is accompanied by a multimedia presentation, discussed by the candidate during the course of the final test.
When preparing the written text, the candidate must demonstrate sufficient autonomy in setting and carrying out his/her work, showing completeness in the analysis and clarity, good knowledge of conceptual models, tools and methods learned during the studies, ability of critical interpretation of the issues considered.

In the presentation, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to present his/her work in a concise and effective way.
The Examination Board can assign up to 3 points for the evaluation of written work and 1 additional point for the evaluation of the presentation.

According to the terms of the Council Regulation such points are summed to the score resulting from the evaluation of his/her career to determine the final assessment.
Texts
They are indicated by the Supervisor. Other material is researched autonomously by the student.
