Objectives
THE COURSE AIMS TO TREAT THE TOPICS OF GREATEST INTEREST IN THE METHODS AND SYSTEMS OF MEASUREMENT IN THE SERVICE AUTOMATION. WILL BE STUDIED THE MOST INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION, FOR SMALL SYSTEMS AND FOR APPLICATIONS IN AUTOMOTIVE.
Prerequisites
FOR THE SUCCESSFUL ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES THE STUDENT MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING PREREQUISITES: KNOWLEDGE OF THE METROLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND THE USE OF MEASURING INSTRUMENTS, AND RELATED TO THE EVALUATION OF MEASUREMENT UNCERTAINTY; KNOWLEDGE ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ALGORITHMS AND DATA STRUCTURES.

THE COURSE INCLUDES LECTURES AND LABORATORY EXERCISES. DURING LABORATORY EXERCISES STUDENTS HAS TO SOLVE PROBLEMS INVOLVING THE APPLICATION OF THE TECHNIQUES EXPLAINED IN CLASS.
Verification of learning
THE ASSESSMENT OF ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES WILL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH AN ORAL EXAM AIMED AT VERIFY BOTH THEORECTICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS FACED DURING THE MODULE.
