Objectives
THE PURPOSE OF THE COURSE IS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH THE EPISTEMOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF PEDAGOGY, HOW THEY EVOLVED IN THE COURSE OF THE HISTORY OF WESTERN THOUGHT , WITH REFERENCE TO THE MAIN CONTEMPORARY PARADIGMS OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF DIFFERENT THEORETICAL METHODS OF TRAINING IN GENERAL EDUCATION. IN ADDITION IT ALSO SEEKS TO PROMOTE A CRITICAL REFLECTION ON THEIR EDUCATIONAL ACTION , IN PARTICULAR IN RELATIONS , AUTONOMY, CORPOREALITY AND PREVENTION IN MOTOR AND SPORT EDUCATION.
Prerequisites
KNOWLEDGE OF THE MAIN HISTORICAL STAGES OF WESTERN THOUGHT FROM ANCIENT TIMES TO NOW. ABILITY TO TAKE A CONSCIOUS AND CRITICAL VIEW OF THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE AND WITH OTHER PEOPLES. MOTIVATION TO APPLY FOR THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING FIELD USING THE KNOWLEDGE GAINED. WILLINGNESS TO RELATE SIGNIFICANTLY WITH COLLEAGUES IN THE COURSE OF STUDY.
