THE MODULE AIMS TO PROMOTE REFLECTION ON THE EPISTEMOLOGICAL AND ONTOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF SPECIAL DIDACTICS AND PEDAGOGY, ON TEACHERS' PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN AN INCLUSIVE PERSPECTIVE, ON THE POSSIBLE APPLICATION OF THE CONCEPTS THAT CHARACTERIZE TEACHING ACTION. FURTHERMORE, IT AIMS TO PROMOTE A COMPLEX AND INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO DISABILITY AND SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND TO EXPLORE SOME TEACHING-LEARNING METHODS FOR ENHANCING SCHOOL INCLUSION. LEARNING OUTCOMES. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: BY THE END OF THE COURSE STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO DEMONSTRATE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE DISCIPLINE, WITH A SPECIFIC FOCUS ON THE PROCESS OF SCHOOL INCLUSION AND ON THE PEDAGOGICAL AND DIDACTIC APPROACH IN THE PRESENCE OF STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS. ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING. BY THE END OF THE COURSE THE STUDENT MUST DEMONSTRATE THE ABILITY TO APPLY AND INTERPRET THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED TO ENSURE A PROFESSIONAL APPROACH TO TEACHING AND EDUCATIONAL WORK, SHOWING THE ABILITY TO SOLVE THE COMPLEX PROBLEMS EMERGING FROM THE INCLUSIVE PROCESS OF STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS. COMMUNICATION SKILLS. BY THE END OF THE COURSE THE STUDENT MUST SHOW ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE INFORMATION, IDEAS, PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS USING THE SPECIFIC LEXIS OF THE BASIC LEGISLATION AND BE ABLE TO SUSTAIN ONE'S OWN CONCLUSIONS.
