	Objectives
	The teaching intends to initiate knowledge of the theories and methods of school evaluation, in order to improve their practices. Knowledge and understanding: promote the acquisition of theoretical knowledge regarding the scholastic evolution of the concept of assessment; critically analyze the different approaches to evaluation in the educational field, highlighting their main characteristics and potential; understand the main tools useful for evaluating learning, in the importance of collegiality and documentation. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding: to enable students to design courses in the various training-educational sectors, through the analysis of the methods and results of empirical research on teachers and teaching in school, and to provide practical-applicative skills with respect to some techniques and tools that can be used in related phases.
