Objectives
THE TEACHING IS AIMED AT ACQUIRING A MULTI-DIMENSIONAL (BIOPSYCHOSOCIAL) WELLNESS CONCEPT ADDRESSED FROM A MULTIDISCIPLINARY POINT OF VIEW IN THE HUMAN SCIENCES FOR PROVIDING OPERATIONAL TOOLS TO PROMOTE WELLNESS IN PLACES OF WORK AND CARE.
THE TARGETS WILL BE:
- TO DEEPEN THE EPISTEMOLOGICAL CONFIGURATION OF CONTEMPORARY PEDAGOGY
- TO DEFINE THE CONCEPT OF WELL-BEING IN ITS WIDEST SENSE
- TO IDENTIFY THE MULTIDISCIPLINARY PHILOSOPHICAL, PEDAGOGICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL AND NEUROSCIENTIFIC PATHS UNDERLYING THE IDEA OF WELLNESS
- TO KNOW HOW TO RELATE SOCIAL EXPERIENCES, MIND DEVELOPMENT AND EMOTIONAL BALANCE IN THE EDUCATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
- TO KNOW THE ANTHROPOLOGICAL AND NEUROSCIENTIFIC FOUNDATIONS OF A PSYCHO-PEDAGOGY OF THE BODY, WITH REFERENCE TO EMOTIONS AND EMPATHY
- TO KNOW THE MAIN TOPICS OF HEALTH EDUCATION, WITH REFERENCE TO THE PREVENTION OF WORK-RELATED STRESS, TO THE GUIDELINES IN THE TREATMENT PROCESS AND TO THE ETHICAL ASPECTS CONNECTED
- TO KNOW HOW TO OPERATE WITHIN THE VARIOUS ABILITIES TO PROMOTE AUTONOMY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL POSSIBLE, ALSO THROUGH SCIENTIFICALLY FOUNDED PATHS IN THE FIELD OF PET-THERAPHY
- TO KNOW HOW TO IMPLEMENT PROJECTS AIMED AT SPECIFIC USERS FOR PROMOTING WELLNESS
Prerequisites
THE STUDENT MUST HAVE A GOOD KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE ITALIAN LANGUAGE AND THE BASIC ELEMENTS OF GENERAL PEDAGOGY AND SPECIAL PEDAGOGY, KEEN INTEREST IN THE TOPICS COVERED, WILLINGNESS TO TRANSFORM KNOWLEDGE INTO EFFECTIVE OPERATIONAL WAYS TO PROMOTE WELLNESS.
