Objectives
THE COURSE AIMS TO OFFER KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS RELATED TO MODELS OF ANALYSIS OF CULTURAL PROCESSES AND THEIR EVALUATION ON THE BASIS OF CONTEMPORARY MORAL THEORIES, WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE PROBLEMS OF CULTURAL DIFFERENCE AND PLURALITY OF CULTURES. IT FOLLOWS THE PROGRAMS WHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR THE HABILITATION TO TEACHING (24 CFU).

• KNOW THE DIFFERENT PARADIGMS OF ETHICAL RESEARCH
• KNOW THE MAIN ETHICAL PROBLEMS OF CONTEMPORARY THOUGHT
ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
- THE STUDENT WILL LEARN TO CONSIDER THE CONTEXT OF HIS EDUCATIONAL INTERVENTIONS AND PROJECTS

AFTER AN INTRODUCTION ON THEORETICAL STATUTE OF CULTURAL PHILOSOPHY AND THE PROBLEMS OF CONTEMPORARY MORAL PHILOSOPHY, THE COURSE SHALL CONCERN THE FOLLOWING TOPIC:

1) EQUALITY CULTURE: CONCEPT AND PROBLEMS
2) ANTHROPOLOGY OF MASS DEMOCRACY
3) THE EGALITARIAN IMAGINARY
4) FREEDOM IN COMMON: THE ETHICS OF ASSOCIATIONISM

Teaching Methods
TEACHING PROVIDES FRONT LESSONS AND GROUP ACTIVITIES IN CLASSROOM. THE LESSON WILL ALTERNATE TEACHER'S EXPLANATION TO MOMENTS DURING WHICH THE STUDENTS WILL BE INVOLVED ACTIVELY IN DOING QUESTIONS, IN PROBLEMISING, IN CRITICALLY REFLECTING.
GROUP ACTIVITIES PROVIDE IN ORDER TO CONNECT THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE.
Verification of learning
THE ORAL TEST CONSISTS IN AN INTERVIEW WITH QUESTIONS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT THE THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL CONTENTS INDICATED IN THE TEACHING PROGRAM. IT IS AIMED TO FIND THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING ACHIEVED BY THE STUDENT, AND TO VERIFY THE EXPOSURE CAPACITY (APPROPRIATE TERMINOLOGY AND ABILITY OF AUTONOMOUS ORGANIZATION OF THE SPEECH)
