To manage and develop initiatives aimed at post-graduation career guidance, the University relies on the Placement Office, which acts as a point of contact between the University and the job market. Its goal is to strengthen relations between the University, companies within the local and national economic fabric, institutions, associations, and external stakeholders in general, in order to promote and support the integration of students and graduates of the University of Salerno into the workforce.

The Placement Office, which uses the University’s central database, provides students, undergraduates, and graduates with tools and resources—also available online—to search for internship and job opportunities both in Italy and abroad, as well as to improve their understanding of the job market and guide their career choices.

To coordinate these activities, the Department has appointed a faculty member as placement officer, supported by administrative staff.
