KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: STUDENTS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND CRITICAL SKILLS AND THE CONCEPTUAL AND OPERATIVE TOOLS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DIFFERENT QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS. APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: STUDENTS WILL ACQUIRE THE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE FOR DEVISING QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IN BUSINESS ORGANISATIONS MAKING JUDGEMENTS: STUDENTS WILL ACQUIRE THE ABILITY TO INTEGRATE KNOWLEDGE AND HANDLE COMPLEXITY TO INTERPRET AND RESOLVE ISSUES CONNECTED TO QUALITY MANAGEMENT, BY THE ADOPTION OF APPROPRIATE SYSTEMS AND TOOLS. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: STUDENTS WILL ACQUIRE COMMUNICATION AND EXPRESSIVE SKILLS ON ISSUES CONNECTED TO THEIR AREAS OF EXPERTISE, BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE ORGANISATION. LEARNING SKILLS: STUDENTS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE CONCEPTUAL TOOLS AND OPERATIVE SKILLS TO DEAL WITH THE MANY PROBLEMS LINKED TO THE QUALITY DIMENSION OF ORGANISATIONS . THEY WILL STUDY COMPLEX ISSUES IN DEPTH AND BE ABLE TO DEVELOP AND/OR APPLY INNOVATIVE IDEAS. |
