Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
THE PURPOSE OF THE COURSE IS TO PROVIDE AN OVERALL VIEW OF THE THEMES AND ISSUES CHARACTERISTIC OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT, PASSING ON KNOWLEDGE REGARDING THE EVOLUTIONARY PATHS THAT MUST BE DEVELOPED IN A HARMONIC AND SYNERGETIC FASHION WITH THE GENERAL ENVIRONMENT AND WITH THE SPECIFIC RELATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE CONTEXTS.

APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED WILL BE USEFUL FOR THOSE IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT ROLES AND WITH STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES OR FOR CARRYING OUT CONSULTING ACTIVITIES THAT HELP SUPPORT FIRMS IN THEIR ACHIEVING, OVER TIME, CONDITIONS OF CONSTANT SIGNIFICANT VITALITY.

THE COURSE AIMS TO STRENGTHEN STUDENTS’ EXPOSITIVE CAPACITIES WHEN PRESENTING CHARACTERISING ASPECTS OF COMPLEX BUSINESS ACTIVITIES AND OUTLINING PROJECTS AND PLANS OF ACTION SUITABLE FOR COPING WITH THESE ELEMENTS OF COMPLEXITY.
