Objectives
AT THE END OF THE COURSE THE LEARNERS WILL HAVE ACQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE, BOTH CONCEPTUAL AND MORE OPERATIONAL, FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DIFFERENT QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS. STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO ACQUIRE THE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE TO IMPLEMENT STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS AND TOOLS USEFUL FOR PROMOTING QUALITY POLICY IN ORGANIZATIONS (COMPANIES, PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS).

THE CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK AND EVOLUTIONARY DYNAMICS OF QUALITY (6 HOURS OF LESSON).

STANDARDISATION AND QUALITY CERTIFICATION (4 HOURS OF LESSONS).
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS FOR COMPANY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY QUALITY (26 HOURS OF LESSONS; 6 HOURS OF SEMINARS AND TESTIMONIALS).
THE APPROACH TO QUALITY IN THE ITALIAN AGRI-FOOD SECTOR (8 HOURS OF LESSONS; 4 HOURS OF SEMINARS).

LECTURES (52 HOURS), SEMINARS AND TESTIMONIALS BY SCHOLARS AND EXPERTS ON THE SUBJECT (8 HOURS).
IN THE LECTURES, THE TOPICS COVERED AND THEIR OPERATIONAL INTERPRETATIONS ARE PRESENTED THROUGH A HOLISTIC APPROACH.
THE SEMINARS AND TESTIMONIALS BY SCHOLARS AND EXPERTS ON THE SUBJECT AIM TO MAKE KNOWN HOW THE OPERATORS IN CHARGE OF GOVERNMENT ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE VARIOUS SECTORAL AND INSTITUTIONAL SYSTEMS CAN TRANSFORM, THROUGH THE CREATION OF A PATH MARKED BY QUALITY, ANY CONSTRAINTS INTO ADVANTAGEOUS OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEVELOPMENT.
Verification of learning
THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES IS CERTIFIED BY PASSING AN EXAMINATION WITH EVALUATION IN THIRTIETHS. THE EXAM INCLUDES AN ORAL TEST TO ASSESS THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ACQUIRED BY THE STUDENT AND TO VERIFY HIS OR HER EXHIBITION SKILLS. AT LEAST TWO QUESTIONS WILL BE FORMULATED IN WHICH THE CONTENTS OF THE TEACHING PROGRAMME WILL BE DISCUSSED.
THE MINIMUM LEVEL OF ASSESSMENT (18) IS GIVEN WHEN THE STUDENT HAS A FRAGMENTED KNOWLEDGE OF THE THEORETICAL CONTENT AND SHOWS A LIMITED ABILITY TO USE IT IN THE STUDY CONTEXT.
THE MAXIMUM LEVEL (30) IS AWARDED WHEN THE STUDENT DEMONSTRATES A COMPLETE AND IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THE METHODOLOGIES AND TOOLS AND HAS A CONSIDERABLE ABILITY TO USE THEM IN THE STUDY CONTEXT.
THE PRAISE IS GIVEN WHEN THE CANDIDATE DEMONSTRATES SIGNIFICANT MASTERY OF THE METHODOLOGIES AND TOOLS AND SHOWS CONSIDERABLE OWNERSHIP OF LANGUAGE AND ABILITY TO PROCESS INDEPENDENTLY EVEN IN CONTEXTS OTHER THAN THOSE PROPOSED BY THE TEACHER.
