STUDENTS, AT THE END OF THE COURSE, MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE UNIVERSE OF FAMILY BUSINESS AND ITS DIFFUSION ALL OVER THE WORLD, ON THE DISTINCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF FAMILY ENTERPRISES THROUGH THE DIFFERENT STAGES OF GROWTH AND ON THE CRITICAL ISSUES RELATED TO THE GOVERNAMENT OF THESE REALITIES. THE ATTENTION IS FOCUSED ON THE THREE CIRCLES THAT CHARACTERIZE FAMILY BUSINESSES: COMPANY, FAMILY AND HERITAGE. PARTICULAR ATTENTION IS ADDRESSED TO THE SUCCESSION PROCESS, AN INEVITABLE MOMENT IN THE LIFE OF A FAMILY COMPANY. THE EDUCATIONAL PATH AIMS TO DEVELOP STUDENTS’ READING AND INTERPRETATION SKILLS CONCERNING THE ABOUT FAMILY ENTREPRENEURIAL CHARACTERS AND, IN PARTICULAR, TO FOCUS THE ATTENTION ON THE MAIN PROBLEMS OF FAMILY ENTERPRISES. THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO USE THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ACQUIRED TO UNDERSTAND AND SOLVE GOVERNMENT PROBLEMS OF BUSINESS CONTINUITY THROUGH THE USE OF THE DIFFERENT NEGOTIATION SOLUTIONS. THEREFORE, THE STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE OPTIMAL USE OF THE TOOLKIT RELATED TO THE DIFFERENT GOVERNANCE MECHANISMS FOR EACH ENTERPRISE, IN THE GENERATIONAL TRANSITION PHASE. |
