THE TEACHING PROVIDE A VISION OF THE ISSUES AND PROBLEMS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP BY FOUNDING THE STRATEGIC THOUGHT WITH THE ENTREPRENEURIAL THOUGHT. EXPECTED LEARNING RESULTS: THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE WILL BE USEFUL TO START-UP BUSINESSES, TO CARRY OUT THE ENTREPRENEURIAL FUNCTION LSO AS A DELEGATED ENTREPRENEUR (BUSINESS MANAGER). KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING SKILLS: - THEORIES ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP - RESEARCH OF ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES - ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION - ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATION - BUSINESS MODELS - THE DETERMINANTS OF THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE FOR THE EXPLOITATION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE IN ENTREPRENEURIAL ORGANIZATIONS, USING THE ROLE OF ENTREPRENEUR (DELEGATED ENTREPRENEUR) OR START-UPPER. IN PARTICULAR, THE MAIN SKILLS ACQUIRED BY THE STUDENT IN TERMS OF ABILITY WILL BE: - PERFORM ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY IN ITS OWN - SEARCH FOR OPPORTUNITIES - DEVELOP OWN ENTREPRENEURIAL SENSITIVITY (ALERTNESS). - DELINE A BUSINESS MODEL - ASSESS THE IMPACTS OF COMPETITIVE DYNAMICS - ASSESS BUSINESS RISK AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT: TO FORMULATE INDEPENDENT AND CONSCIOUS JUDGMENTS ON SPECIFIC ITEMS / BUSINESS ISSUES. THE EXAMINATION PROVIDES AN ORAL TEST THAT CONSISTS OF A DISCUSSION OF THE DURATION NOT MORE THAN 20 MINUTES ON THE TOPICS PROCESSED DURING THE COURSE AND IN THE COURSE PROGRAM. |
