Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING.

THE OBJECTIVES ARE THE FOLLOWING: 1) CONSOLIDATE THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE INSTRUMENTS CONCERNING CLASSICAL AND MODERN PHYSICS; 2) REINFORCE THE AWARENESS OF THE IMPORTANCE OF THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD AND ITS APPLICATION IN PHYSICS AND OTHER DISCIPLINES; 3) GIVE INSTRUMENTS TO BUILD DIDACTIC AND POSSIBLY INTERDISCIPLINARY PATHS, WHICH CAN BE ADAPATED TO DIFFERENT CONTEXTS.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING APPLICATION:
AT THE END OF THE LECTURES, STUDENTS WILL ACQUIRE A CRITICAL AWARENESS OF THE FUNDAMENTAL MODELS AND THEORIES OF CLASSICAL AND MODERN PHYSICS AND WILL BE ABLE TO PLAN SPECIFIC DIDACTIC ACTIVITIES

BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CLASSICAL AND MODERN PHYSCS NOTIONS IS REQUIRED
Contents
BASIC NOTIONS OF MATHEMATICS AND PHYSICS WILL BE ILLUSTRATED. IN PARTICULAR, THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS WILL BE ANALYSED:

1) PRINCIPLES OF CLASSICAL PHYSICS AND THEIR APPLICATIONS IN REAL CONTEXTS

2) CINEMATIC ELEMENTS

THE COURSE WILL CONSIST OF 28 HOURS OF LECTURES
Verification of learning
STUDENTS WILL HAVE A FINAL WRITTEN EXAM WITH MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS ON THE LECTURES SUBJECTS. DURATION OF THE EXAM IS OF TWO HOURS
