Objectives
THE COURSE AIMS TO EXAMINE THE BASIC CONCEPTS OF MODERN CONSTITUTIONALISM - THE STATE AND ITS DECLENSIONS, SOVEREIGNTY, POWER, RIGHTS, LIBERALISM, DEMOCRACY - THE RECOGNITION OF THE FOUNDATIONAL CONSTITUTIONAL MODELS - FROM MEDIEVAL CHARTERS FOR UP TO SEVEN AND NINETEENTH CENTURY - TO THE CONTEMPORARY CONSTITUTIONS.GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE CHARACTERISTICS AND BASIC METHODOLOGIES OF HISTORICAL-LEGAL; ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND THE FUNDAMENTAL DYNAMICS, INSTITUTIONAL, POLITICAL, SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL.ABILITY TO ANALYZE HISTORICAL EVENTS AND LEGAL AWARENESS ALSO OF DIFFERENT PERIODS FROM THE MODERN PERIOD AND CLOSER TO CONTEMPORARY; ACQUISITION OF HISTORICALLY MINDED AS PART OF THE ABILITY TO ANALYZE COMPLEX SITUATIONS IN CONTEXTS OF STUDY AND WORK.ABILITY TO GATHER AND INTERPRET INFORMATION CRITICALLY AND COMPLEX DATA IN THE SPECIFIC FIELD OF STUDY.ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE TO AN AUDIENCE OF NON-SPECIALIST INFORMATION, IDEAS, PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS IN THE SPECIFIC SUBJECT AREA WITH PROPERTIES OF LANGUAGE AND GOOD ARTICULATION OF THOUGHT.ACQUISITION OF REFERENCES, TOOLS AND LEARNING SKILLS NECESSARY TO FURTHER ENRICH THE HISTORICAL SKILLS ACQUIRED AND TO APPLY THESE SKILLS TO OTHER TEACHINGS OF THE COURSE OF STUDY.

CONSOLIDATED KNOWLEDGE OF WRITTEN AND ORAL; BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE HISTORY OF EUROPE; GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF EUROPEAN GEOGRAPHY.

THE COURSE CONSISTS OF 72 HOURS OF LESSONS.
THE COURSE IS DESIGNED FOR STUDENTS WHO ATTEND REGULARLY.
STUDENTS WHO CAN NOT ATTEND WILL PREPARE A DIFFERENT PROGRAM AND WILL ALWAYS RESORT TO THE TEACHER FOR ADDITIONAL EXPLANATIONS.

STUDENTS ATTENDING
FINAL ORAL EXAM, WHICH TAKES INTO ACCOUNT THE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION TO LECTURES AND CONTEXTUAL READING OF THE MATERIAL DISTRIBUTED. DURING THE LAST WEEK OF THE COURSE THE STUDENTS ATTENDING, IF THEY WISH, CAN WITHSTAND A TEST ORAL PARTIAL OR COMPLETE DISCLAIMER EXAMINATION, OR DISCUSS AND PREPARE A WRITTEN REPORT ON A TOPIC SELECTED AND AGREED WITH THE TEACHER, TOO 'IT WARRANTIES EXAMINATION.
STUDENTS NOT ATTENDING.
FINAL ORAL EXAM.
CRITERIA OF EVALUATION OF THE EXAMINATION WILL BE:
1) ABILITY TO ARTICULATE A COMPLEX DISCOURSE
2) ABILITY TO SPEAK CLEARLY AND WITH APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE
3) ABILITY TO ENTER THE EVENTS OF THE STORY IN A PRECISE OVERVIEW OF LOGICAL, CHRONOLOGICAL AND SPATIAL
4) ABILITY TO CHOOSE THE DATA BY STORING THOSE WITH SIGNIFICANT ACCURACY.
