THE COURSE WILL FOCUS ON THE STUDY OF THE FUNDAMENTAL NOTIONS OF AGRICULTURAL LAW AS THEY RESULT FROM THE COMPLEX SYSTEM OF REGULATORY SOURCES. IN PARTICULAR, THE MATTER IS ANALYZED STARTING FROM THE DISCIPLINE OF INTERNAL LAW RELATING TO THE AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISE IN THE CIVIL CODE AND IN THE SPECIAL LEGISLATION, THE PRE-EMPTION AND AGRICULTURAL CONTRACTS. THE SOURCES OF COMMUNITY AGRICULTURAL LAW ARE ALSO EXAMINED, ALSO WITH REGARD TO THE AGRI-FOOD SECTOR, FOOD SAFETY AND PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY. ASSUMED KNOWLEDGE OF PRIVATE LAW, DURING THE COURSE WILL COME ACQUIRED SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE OF CURRENT LEGISLATION AS WELL AS OF THE MAIN ISSUES ADDRESSED BY JURISPRUDENCE, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING. THE STUDY OF CONCRETE CASES WILL ALSO BE ADDRESSED FOR THE ACQUISITION OF AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT AND ABILITY COMMUNICATION, NECESSARY FOR THE EXERCISE OF LEGAL PROFESSIONS. KNOWLEDGE AND LEARNING ABILITY. THE COURSE AIMS TO IMPART STUDENTS A CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE INSTITUTES AND THE FUNDAMENTAL CONCEPTS OF THE SUBJECT MATTER, FOCUSING ON THE TOPICS OF GREATEST SPECULATIVE INTEREST. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STUDY PROGRAM ADOPTED, YES WILL TEND TO ENCOURAGE KNOWLEDGE AND ANALYSIS OF ISSUES RELATED TO AGRICULTURAL AND AGRI-FOOD LAW IN THEIR DYNAMISM, IN ORDER TO REPRESENT STUDENTS WITH THE OVERALL FRAMEWORK OF REFERENCE, ALSO TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE SUPRANATIONAL PERSPECTIVE. ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING. PLACE IN RELATION TO KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING WITH THE OTHER FIELDS LAW IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS; DEVELOP ADEQUATE SKILLS BOTH TO DEVISE AND SUPPORT ARGUMENTS AND TO SOLVE PROBLEMS IN THEIR OWN FIELD OF STUDY. UNDERSTANDING SKILLS AND ABILITY TO SOLVE PROBLEMS ON NEW ISSUES, INSERTED IN MULTIPLE CONTEXTS BROAD (OR INTERDISCIPLINARY) RELATED TO ITS SECTOR EDUCATION. JUDGMENT AUTONOMY. PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF CRITICAL CAPACITY BOTH ON NORMATIVE TEXTS AND ON LIVING LAW; IDENTIFICATION OF TENSIONS IN RELATIONS WITH OTHER FIELDS OF LAW. INCREASE THE ABILITY TO COLLECT AND INTERPRET DATA DEEMED USEFUL TO DETERMINE INDEPENDENT JUDGMENTS, INCLUDING REFLECTION ON SOCIAL, SCIENTIFIC OR ETHICAL ISSUES CONNECTED TO THEM. COMMUNICATION SKILLS. COMMITMENT AIMED AT PROMOTING A CLEAR, EVEN IF SYNTHETIC, AND ERROR-FREE EXPOSURE. THE GOAL IS TO LEAD THE STUDENT TO KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE INFORMATION, IDEAS, PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS TO SPECIALIST AND NON-SPECIALIST INTERLOCUTORS. LEARNING ABILITY. IMPROVE AND DEVELOP THE STUDENT'S KNOWLEDGE, TO ALLOW HIM TO UNDERTAKE SUBSEQUENT STUDIES WITH A HIGH DEGREE OF AUTONOMY. ABILITY TO FIND SOURCES AND MASTERY OF ANALYSIS METHODS. |

STUDENTS CAN ALSO MEET THE TEACHER EVERY DAY AT THE END OF THE LESSON, DURING THE SEMESTER, AND ACCORDING TO THE CALENDAR INDICATIONS IN THE OTHER MONTHS OF THE YEAR. SUPPLEMENTARY EXERCISES ON SPECIFIC TOPICS ARE PLANNED.
