THE COURSE PURPOSE IS TO DESCRIBE THE PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION OF THE MAIN PHYSICAL SENSORS. IN PARTICULAR, WILL BE TREATED MICROSENSORS, WHICH REPRESENT THE STATE OF, BOTH FOR SMALL SIZE, WHICH WELL BLEND WITH MICROELECTRONICS, AND FOR THE LOW COST. IT WILL ALSO EXAMINE PIEZOELECTRIC DEVICES AND CMUTS (CAPACITIVE MICROFABRICATED ULTRASONIC TRANSDUCERS). |
