THE COURSE "ECONOMIA, ORGANIZZAZIONE E DIRITTO DELL''IMPRESA" FOR MANAGEMENT ENGINEERS IS DIVIDED INTO TWO PARTS: 1) ECONOMIA ED ORGANIZZAZIONE AZIENDALE; 2) DIRITTO DELL''IMPRESA. THE COURSES "ECONOMIA ED ORGANIZZAZIONE AZIENDALE" FOR MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS INCLUDE ONLY THE FIRST PART. THE AIM OF THE COURSE IS: 1) GIVING STUDENTS THE PROPER EDUCATION AND TOOLS TO DESIGN AN ORGANIZATION AND TO ANALYZE A BALANCE SHEET; 2) PROVIDING CAPABILITIES TO ANALYSE AND COMBINE LAW REGULATIONS SECOND PART THE COURSE AIMS TO FAMILIARIZE STUDENTS WITH 1) METHODOLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE AND LEGAL CONTENT, WITH REGARD TO THE DISCIPLINE OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY; 2) THE PROPER EDUCATION AND TOOLS TO DESIGN AN ORGANIZATION AND TO ANALYZE A BALANCE SHEET. PROVIDED LEARNING RESULTS: 1) KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: BASIC TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM. 2)APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: ABILITY TO ANALYZE AND COMBINATION OF USEFUL RULLS FOR TRAINING OF PROFESSIONALS ABLE TO DEAL ISSUES THAT REQUIRE TECHNOLOGICAL INFORMATIVE, MANAGERIAL AND LEGAL SKILLS. 3)MAKING JUDGEMENTS: ABILITY TO GATHER AND INTERPRET CRITICALLY COMPLICATED DATA AND INFORMATIONS OF NEGOTIATION AND BUSINESS AUTONOMY. 4)COMMUNICATION SKILLS: BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN WITH TECHNICAL LANGUAGE PROPERTIES OF THE EXAME''S SUBJECTS. 5) LEARNING ABILITY: ACQUISITION AND LEARNING CAPACITY TO INCREASE THE ACQUIRED SKILLS. |
