3. HISTORICAL AND LITERARY RELEVANCE OF THE PAPYROLOGICAL PATRIMONY.
4. RUDIMENTS OF READING, TRANSCRIBING, EDITING, CONTEXTUALISING AND EVALUATING PAPYRUS TEXTS.
5. READING, ANALYSIS AND TRANSLATION OF PAPYRUS FRAGMENTS OF HERODOTUS'S HISTORIES.
Teaching Methods
FRONTAL LESSONS. PRACTICAL EXERCISES IN READING PAPYRUS TEXTS.
Verification of learning
FINAL ORAL EXAMINATION.
THE EXAMINATION SHALL VERIFY THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS AND METHODOLOGY OF THE PAPIROLOGIC DISCIPLINE.
IT WILL VERIFY ALSO
1. CAPACITY TO REFLECT AND ORIENTATE IN READING AND IN ANALYSIS OF PAPYRI.
2. CAPACITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND COMPRESSION
