THE COURSE AIMS TO OFFER THE SKILLS AND THE KNOWLEDGE USEFUL FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERVENTION IN SCHOOL CONTEXTS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE A BETTER QUALITY OF EDUCATION AND TO STRENGTHEN THE STUDENTS’ SKILL, TO PREVENT EDUCATIONAL POVERTY AND SOCIO-CULTURAL INEQUALITIES, PREVENT THE PHENOMENON OF SCHOOL DROP-OUT, TO PROMOTE THE WELL-BEING OF STUDENTS AND TEACHERS AND TO IMPROVE THE WORKING CONDITIONS OF THOSE WHO WORK IN SCHOOL CONTEXTS. THE COURSE PROVIDES THE CONCEPTUAL BASIS AND METHODOLOGICAL TOOLS TO MANAGE THE COMPLEX CHALLENGE OF THE SCHOOL IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBAL EDUCATION. |

THEORIES AND RESEARCHES RELATED TO THE STUDY OF THE MAIN PSYCHOLOGICAL PROCESSES IN THE SCHOOL SETTING IN ORDER TO TO STRENGTHEN THE CAPACITIES OF STUDENTS TO DESIGN, CURRICULA THAT ENSURE THE EQUITY, QUALITY, DEVELOPMENT-RELEVANCE AND RESOURCE EFFICIENCY OF EDUCATION AND LEARNING SYSTEMS (26 H). THE COURSE CONSISTS OF 36 HOURS OF LECTURES/ PRACTICAL ACTIVITIES AND CASE STUDIES. |

THE FINAL EXAM IS AN ORAL ONE BASED ON THE INDICATED BOOK AND ON THE OTHER MATERIALS WHICH WERE EVENTUALLY DISTRIBUTED TO STUDENTS. THE EVALUATION OF THE ORAL EXAM WILL TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED AS WELL AS THE ACCURACY OF THE LANGUAGE. FOR STUDENTS WHICH ATTEND REGULARLY TO THE LECTURES. IT WILL BE WILL PROPOSED ALSO INTERMEDIATE WRITTEN TEXTS (MAX. 2) IN ORDER TO MAKE EASIER THE FINAL EXAM. THE WRITTEN TEXT WILL BE BASED ON , AT LEAST, 30 QUESTIONS (MULTIPLE CHOICES). THE ORAL EXAM WILL BE BASED ON THE DISCUSSION OF, AT LEAST, THREE DIFFERNT TOPICS. |
