THE LABORATORY AIMS AT ACQUIRING KNOWLEDGE AND CULTURAL AND METHODOLOGICAL TOOLS NECESSARY TO CONDUCT PROGRAMS OF MOTOR AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES AT INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP LEVEL ORIENTED TO WELL-BEING. |

THE LABORATORY PROMOTES THE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIMENTATION OF MOTOR TECHNIQUES THAT HAVE THEIR FIELD OF APPLICATION ALSO TOWARDS THE LESS SPORTY AND SEDENTARY POPULATION. THE LABORATORY INTENDS TO RAISE AWARENESS THAT TARGETED MOVEMENT IS CRUCIAL FOR GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING IN THE ADULT POPULATION. THE WORKSHOP COURSE AIMS TO DEAL WITH THE MAIN ISSUES OF MOTOR LEARNING, MOTIVATION FOR MOTOR ACTIVITIES, BOTH IN THE SENSE OF WELL-BEING AND GOOD PRACTICES, EMPHASIZING THE IMPORTANCE OF RESTORING THE IMAGE OF EFFECTIVENESS BY THE EDUCATOR. IN FACT, PHYSICAL EXERCISE BECOMES FUNDAMENTAL IN CONTAINING THE DISCOMFORT OF CHRONIC-DEGENERATIVE CONDITIONS AND EFFECTIVE IN ENHANCING HEALTH AND PROMOTING THE ACHIEVEMENT OF BIO-PSYCHOSOCIAL WELL-BEING. |

THE LABORATORY TEACHING WILL INCLUDE A THEORETICAL INTRODUCTION, THROUGH LECTURES AIMED AT SUPPORTING THE THEORETICAL PRINCIPLES UNDERLYING THE PRACTICAL ACTIVITIES THAT WILL BE STRUCTURED IN SITUATIONS OF PARTICIPATORY, INDIVIDUAL, SMALL AND LARGE GROUP LEARNING. VERIFICATION OF LEARNING THE VERIFICATION WILL BE ORGANIZED IN SYSTEMATIC OBSERVATIONS THAT WILL EVALUATE THE SOLUTION STRATEGIES, THE ABILITY TO COOPERATE WITHIN THE GROUP, THE ABILITY TO DESIGN A PROPOSAL FOR MOTOR ACTIVITIES, THE LEVEL OF PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITIES. |
