Objectives
THE COURSE AIMS TO PROPOSE THEORETICAL INSIGHTS, EXERCISES AND CASE STUDIES OF REAL ORGANIZATIONS ENGAGED IN THE MANAGEMENT OF PROCESSES AIMED AT REACHING THE VALORIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONCEPT OF CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY. STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AND ANALYZE THE MAIN MANAGEMENT ISSUES RELATED TO SUSTAINABILITY, AS WELL AS TO IDENTIFY METHODS AND ANALYTICAL TOOLS SUITABLE TO INCREASE THE COMPETITIVENESS OF SUSTAINABLE COMPANIES.

THE ANALYSIS OF CASE STUDIES, AND THE DISCUSSION OF SPECIFIC CASE HISTORIES, WILL ALLOW STUDENTS TO EXPAND THEIR CRITICAL CAPACITY AND AUTONOMY OF JUDGMENT ON THE ISSUES OF SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT, AS WELL AS THEIR COMPETENCES IN THIS COMPLEX FIELD.

1. CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP.
2. THE ROLE OF MANAGEMENT IN CORPORATE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.
3. GREEN BUSINESS MODELS.
4. CIRCULAR ECONOMY: FOCUS ON UPCYCLING, RECYCLING AND DOWNCYCLING.
5. GREEN WASHING.
6. CHARACTERISTICS AND MAIN PURPOSES OF GREEN MARKETING.
7. SUSTAINABILITY COMMUNICATION AND GREEN REPUTATION.
8. ANALYSIS OF ESG IMPACTS (ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, AND GOVERNANCE).
9. NON-FINANCIAL REPORTING: THE SUSTAINABILITY REPORT, THE INTEGRATED REPORT AND THE REPORT OF SOCIAL IMPACT.
Teaching Methods
THE COURSE INVOLVES 20 HOURS OF IN CLASS LESSONS WITH PRACTICAL ACTIVITIES (2 CFU).
Verification of learning
THE ACHIEVEMENT OF MAIN GOALS OF THE COURSE IS CERTIFIED WITH AN EXAM (GRADED FROM 18 TO 30). THE EXAM IS A WRITTEN TEST WITH MULTIPLE ANSWER QUESTIONS.
