	Objectives
	The item " Altre conoscenze utili per l’inserimento nel mondo del lavoro " is one of the items in the "Altre attività formative" sector and is specifically dedicated to the acquisition of transversal knowledge and skills useful for improving the professional role in the world of education. By offering seminars with external experts and thematic scientific meetings with professors from other universities, the degree programme provides specific opportunities an in-depth study of specific disciplines and general educational issues. Students participate in initiatives they deem most significant up to the number of CFUs required for validation.

The item " Altre conoscenze utili per l’inserimento nel mondo del lavoro " is one of the items in the "Altre attività formative" sector and is specifically dedicated to the acquisition of transversal knowledge and skills useful for improving the professional role in the world of education. 	Credits dedicated to this item are obtained through documented participation in scientific initiatives authorized by the Degree Course, for acquiring professional, linguistic and cultural skills. The correspondence is based on the general equivalence between 1 CFU and 25 hours of work, to be distributed between hours of formalized learning and hours of personal study. Participation in the initiatives must be attested by attendance documents. Credits can also be obtained through the recognition of professional training courses, or courses in a foreign language other than English, that the student has followed independently during university training, in qualified institutions and with a certificate. The evaluation of these courses and their CFU value is made by the Validation Commission. It is appropriate to send the request for recognition and related documentation at least one week before the validation session, using the email address: tirociniscedu@unisa.it. 	Verification of learning
	It is necessary to book the validation session when students have completed the acquisition of the required credits. Partial validations are not allowed. Students book the validation session in the same way as they book the exam sessions. During the validation session, the commission checks the identity of the candidate, the documentation certifying the credits and the sum of the credits. The documentation must be sent to the Commission in advance through the email address: tirociniscedu@unisa.it. The information and methods indicated also apply to all items in previous study plans that are described as " Altre attività formative" – i.e. "crediti liberi a scelta dello studente", "attività integrative", "altre attività integrative". For each of these items, the validation must be booked as for the exams.
