Objectives | |

THIS COURSE, SET AT THE BEGINNING OF THE EDUCATIONAL PATH, DEALS WITH PRACTICAL-THEORETICAL KNOTS OF THE PEDAGOGY OF CHILDHOOD, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE NOTION OF EDUCATIONAL CARE. THIS COURSE INCLUDES A LABORATORY ACTIVITY TO CONFER, THROUGH THE EXPERIENCE OF WORKSHOP DIDACTICS, ASPECTS OF THE PRACTICALITY OF THE EDUCATION. THIS TEACHING INTENDS TO FOSTER THE ACQUISITION OF HISTORICAL, EPISTEMOLOGICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE DISCIPLINE PROMOTING A CRITICAL, PROBLEMATIC APPLICATION OF IT TO FACILITATE PROCESSES OF CHANGE AND ADEQUATE HYPOTHESES OF INTERVENTION. LEARNING RESULTS EXPECTED KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING COMPREHENSION: KNOWING THE MAIN PEDAGOGICAL THEORIES RELATED TO CHILDHOOD; BY USING AN ADEQUATE METHODOLOGY , BEING ABLE TO ANALYSE THE NEEDS, THE EDUCATION AND CARE DEMAND CONCERNING CHILDHOOD; KNOWING AND FACILITATING SIGNIFICANT, EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS IN SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL CONTEXTS. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING COMPREHENSION APPLIED: BEING ABLE TO APPLY THE ASSIMILATED KNOWLEDGE TO ANALYSE AND INTERPRET DIACHRONICALLY THE EDUCATIONAL TEXTS AND CONTEXTS; WITHIN THE EDUCATIONAL CONTEXTS, BEING ABLE TO EVALUATE, MONITOR, PLAN AND VERIFY WITH INTENTIONALITY AND CONTINUITY; BEING ABLE TO APPLY AUTONOMOUSLY AND CRITICALLY THE KNOWLEDGE ASSIMILATED THROUGH THE LABORATORY PATH AS WELL. AUTONOMY OF JUDGEMENT: BEING ABLE TO CONTEXTUALISE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THEORIES AND METHODOLOGIES; IN AN INTER/TRANS-DISCIPLINARY PERSPECTIVE, BEING ABLE TO ANALYSE AUTONOMOUSLY AND CRITICALLY THE NEEDS, THE EDUCATION AND CARE DEMAND IN CONTEXTS FOR CHILDHOOD, IDENTIFYING ADEQUATE OBJECTIVES, METHODOLOGIES AND EFFECTIVE PROPOSALS FOR CHANGES. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: BEING ABLE TO COMMUNICATE ANALYSES AND POSSIBLE PLANNING IN NURSERY SCHOOLS (0-3) THROUGH ADEQUATE INFORMATIVE REGISTERS; BEING ABLE TO EXPLAIN INTERPRETATIVE CHOICES; BEING ABLE TO COMMUNICATE, THROUGH COMMAND OF LANGUAGE, INFORMATION AND PROBLEMATICS CONNECTED WITH THE CHILDHOOD PEDAGOGY TO DIFFERENTIATED AUDIENCES OF EXPERTS AND NON-EXPERTS. ABILITY OF LEARNING: ACQUISITION OF THE MAIN BASIC INSTRUMENTS AND THE ABILITY OF USING THEM TO TAKE ON UNEXPECTED PROBLEMS AUTONOMOUSLY AND FURTHER STUDIES WITHIN THE FIELD OF CHILDHOOD PEDAGOGY. BEING ABLE TO USING THE KNOWLEDGE ASSIMILATED, THROUGH THE LABORATORY SESSION AS WELL, TO MONITOR AND ORIENT THEIR OWN PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT. HAVING ABILITY OF LEARNING, FUNCTIONAL TO AUTONOMOUS STUDY AND PRODUCTION OF SITUATED KNOWLEDGE. |

THE COURSE AIMS AT DEALING WITH THE PRACTICAL-THEORETICAL KNOTS OF THE PEDAGOGY OF CHILDHOOD FOLLOWING A HISTORICAL, EPISTEMOLOGICAL AND THEMATIC PATH, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE NOTION OF EDUCATIONAL CURE. THE COURSE WILL SEEK TO PLUMB THE FOLLOWING THEMATIC AXES: HISTORICAL-CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF THE PREDOMINANT IMAGES OF EARLY CHILDHOOD (0-3 YEARS); EDUCATIONAL CURE AND ROUTINE; CHILDHOOD EDUCATIONAL CON-TEXTS AND PEDAGOGICAL ATMOSPHERE. THE LABORATORY OF PEDAGOGY OF CHILDHOOD (20 HOURS) IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE COURSE. THE LABORATORY, WHICH IS ORGANISED AND SUPERVISED BY THE PROFESSOR, WILL BE DEVOTED TO THE THEME OF IMAGINATION AND CREATIVITY. AFTER A THEORETICAL REFLECTION ON THE PEDAGOGICAL POTENTIAL AND IMPLICATIONS OF THE SENSORY, EMOTIONAL AND IMAGINATIVE DIMENSION, THE PROFESSOR WILL SUBMIT A SERIES OF MATERIAL – EXTRACTED FROM THAT EXPRESSIVE POETIC-CULTURAL RESERVE THAT IS THE ARTISTIC, DRAMATURGICAL AND LITERARY UNIVERSE – IN ORDER TO CREATE A LUDIC- TACTILE LABORATORY AND INSERT IT INTO AN IDEAL 0-3 YEARS “HOLISTIC CURRICULUM”. THE STUDENTS WILL CARRY OUT THE LABORATORY ACTIVITIES BY WORKING IN GROUPS. THE ATTENDANCE OF THE LABORATORY IS COMPULSORY. EACH GROUP ACTIVITY WILL BE EVALUATED AFTER PRESENTING THE LUDIC-CREATIVE LABORATORY TO THE PARTICIPANTS, BY THE MEANS OF A JUDGEMENT OF SUITABILITY EXPRESSED BY THE PROFESSOR. |

THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES OF THE TEACHING IS CERTIFIED BY EXTENSION OF AN EXAMINATION WITH A TRENTESIMI ASSESSMENT. THE EXAMINATION PROVIDES AN ORAL TEST THAT CONSISTS IN THE DISCUSSION FINISHED TO ASSESS THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND COMPRESSION REACHED BY THE STUDENT ON THE CONTENT OF TEACHING AND VERIFY THE EXPOSURE CAPACITY WITH REGARD TO THE APPROPRIATE TERMINOLOGY. THE LODE MAY BE ATTRIBUTED TO STUDENTS GIVING THE MAXIMUM VOTE OF 30/30 AND DEMONSTRATE TO APPLY IN AUTONOMOUS ORIGINAL KNOWLEDGE AND ACQUISITE COMPETENCES. |
