Objectives
THE COURSE PROVIDES FOR AN ANALYSIS OF THE MAIN FEATURES OF THE LAW OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION CONSIDERED AS A PHENOMENON WHICH REGULATES THE RELATIONSHIPS AMONG STATES.
AT THE END OF THE LECTURES STUDENTS WILL REACH THE CAPABILITY TO UNDERSTAND THE MAIN FEATURES OF THE LAW OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS.
THEY WILL ALSO SHOW AN AUTONOMOUS EVALUATION SKILLS OF THE LAW OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND OF THE INTERPRETATION OF THE MAIN NORMATIVE SOURCES.
FINALLY THEY HAVE TO ACQUIRE A SPECIFIC LEGAL LANGUAGE.
Prerequisites
THIS COURSE PRESUMES A VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE MAIN FEATURES OF THE INTERNATIONAL LAW.
