Objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: THIS COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH CONCEPTS AND TOOLS FOR UNDERSTANDING THE COMPLEX MOSAIC THAT COMPOSES THE CURRENT ORGANIZATION OF THE TERRITORY. PARTICULAR ATTENTION WILL BE GIVEN TO THE STRONG INTERDEPENDENCIES GEO-ECONOMIC AND GEO-POLITICAL ESTABLISHED BETWEEN COUNTRIES AND REGIONS OF THE WORLD, FROM WHICH IMPORTANT PROCESSES OF INTEGRATION BUT ALSO STRIKING DIFFERENCES IN LEVELS OF DEVELOPMENT DERIVE.

APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING AND AUTONOMY OF EVALUATION: STUDENTS WILL KNOW THE TOOLS OF GEOGRAPHY TO INTERPRET AND CRITICALLY UNDERSTAND THE GEO-ECONOMIC EVENTS.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: ABILITY TO ILLUSTRATED WITH PROPERTIES OF LANGUAGE AND EXTENSIVE EXAMPLES, THE THEORETICAL PROBLEMS OF THE DISCIPLINE.

THE TERRITORIAL ORGANIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL SPACES. SPATIAL LOGICS AND EVOLUTIONARY DYNAMICS OF THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY. TERTIARY SECTOR AND TERRITORY. THE URBAN QUESTION. THE ECONOMIC AND TERRITORIAL DISPARITIES AND ELEMENTS OF THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE OF THE TERRITORIES.
