The teaching and training activities of the PhD programme are carried out both at the University of Salerno and at foreign universities and research institutes (France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, USA, Russia, Latin America) with which there are international cooperation agreements enabling PhD students to gain valuable training experience and acquire additional skills.

On the basis of bilateral agreements, intercultural study paths, cotutela procedures and ways of achieving a double or joint degree have been defined.
