The elections for the representative of the PhD candidates of the 40th cycle within the Academic Board have been announced.

The voting will take place on December 18, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in Room 096, located on the Fourth Floor – Stecca 7 – Building F.

The elections will be conducted based on the submission of official candidacies. Candidacies must be submitted by individual candidates, in written form, to Room 096, located on the Fourth Floor – Stecca 7 – Building F, no later than 12:00 PM on December 13, 2024.

The electoral assembly will be held on December 18, 2024, at 10:00 AM, in the Department of Computer Science office, located on the Fourth Floor – Stecca 7 – Building F.

Both active and passive voting rights for the election of the PhD candidates' representative are granted to all PhD students who, as of the date of this decree, are enrolled in the 40th cycle of the PhD Program in Computer Science and are in compliance with the payment of university fees and contributions.

The voting will be considered valid if at least thirty percent of those eligible to vote participate. The candidate receiving the highest number of votes will be elected.
