Instructions for Establishing a New Agreement
If the company is not already partnered with the Department, a request must be initiated to establish a new agreement regulating the relationship between the University (as Promoting Body) and the organization or company (as Host Body). Organizations wishing to host students from the University of Salerno for curricular internships must sign a three-year agreement, defined as:
- Framework Agreement: if the organization intends to host students from degree programmes in different departments (e.g., Law and Management Engineering).
- Departmental Agreement: if the organization intends to host students from programmes belonging to the same department.
Organizations wishing to host students (whether on student initiative or not) must request the agreement by providing personal data, legal status, and internship opportunities by area of placement, according to the procedures detailed on the University website: https://web.unisa.it/didattica/tirocinio-curriculare. The company/organization must submit the 'Request for Agreement' form via certified email (PEC) to: ammicent@pec.unisa.it and CC: placement@unisa.it. The guidelines and forms are available at: https://web.unisa.it/didattica/tirocinio-curriculare/modulistica. After an initial assessment of the required criteria, the Right to Study Office / Placement Service forwards the request to the relevant university or departmental office, depending on the type of agreement.
- The student, once informed of the outcome, must:
Contact the company and have them complete and sign the attached forms: internship agreement form (to be completed only; digital signatures will be collected after approval by the Department Council), Company information sheet - Contact a teaching staff member to act as internal supervisor (from the relevant Teaching Board) and complete and sign the attached 'Request for agreement by academic supervisor'.
All completed and signed documents must be sent via ticket or email to: carrierestudenti.dcb@unisa.it
