Admission to the PhD Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences is through a public competition.

In accordance with Article 10 of the PhD Regulations of the University of Salerno, the public selection of candidates is based on:

• Evaluation of the curriculum and qualifications, including any letters of recommendation from scholars within or outside the University;
• An interview that involves the presentation and discussion of the candidate’s proposed project. The interview aims to assess the candidate’s aptitude for scientific research, their general knowledge of topics relevant to the PhD, and their proficiency in English.

Candidates residing outside Italy may take the interview via videoconference.
