The internship application must be submitted within the first 10 days of the current month, with the internship starting in the following month.
(Example: to start the internship on December 1st, applications must be submitted by November 10th.)

Schedule for the Validation of Curricular Internships – Year 2025

• 9 January 2025, 9:30 AM (documentation must be submitted by 12 December 2024)

• 5 February 2025, 9:30 AM (documentation must be submitted by 14 January)

• 9 April 2025, 11:30 AM (documentation must be submitted by 18 March)

• 4 June 2025, 9:30 AM (documentation must be submitted by 11 May)

• 16 July 2025, 9:30 AM (documentation must be submitted by 21 June)

• 8 October 2025, 9:30 AM (documentation must be submitted by 18 September)

Forms for Internship Activation – Institutions and Companies

Following Circular No. 0066063, the internship agreement procedure has been updated and now includes several changes. All institutions interested in establishing an agreement with our Department must complete in detail the form available for download below, indicating their willingness to host students from all degree programmes offered by DIPSUM. The completed form must be sent to the following certified email address (PEC): ammicent@pec.unisa.it

Requests are initially assessed by the Student Services Office and, if approved, forwarded to the Departmental Teaching Office. If the institution is interested in hosting students from multiple departments, the Student Services Office forwards the request to the University Commission in charge of evaluating and approving framework internship agreements. If positively evaluated, the agreement will become a framework agreement, available to all departments across the University.

If the institution is interested exclusively in hosting students from the Department of Humanities, following approval by the designated office, it will be invited to complete the agreement process directly with the Department using a specific form. This form will be sent to the designated contact person, who must complete, sign, and return it via email to: tirocini.dipsum@unisa.it
