Computer Science Third Mission

The PhD Program in Computer Science supports these activities by acting as a link between PhD students and the University’s Technology Transfer and Third Mission Office, with the aim of encouraging PhD students' participation in patent proposals, university spin-offs, and social impact initiatives.
The PhD Program also includes projects supported by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Mission 4 "Education and Research," Component 2 "From Research to Business," Investment 3.3 "Introduction of innovative PhDs that meet business innovation needs and promote the hiring of researchers by businesses."
