Matematica English Test
The current curriculum includes a 6 ECTS English Language course aimed at the attainment of the B1 level. The course is held at the University Language Center (Centro Linguistico di Ateneo - CLA).
The English Language exam is recognized for students who achieve a score greater than or equal to 24 in the English Language section of the TOLC-S.
Students who hold an English language proficiency certification of at least B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) can request recognition of the English language exam. Certificates of language proficiency can be validated if they are issued by a certifying body recognized by MIUR. Any other attestations may be evaluated by the Teaching Council on the basis of requests submitted by students.
Students interested in the recognition of the English Language exam must send to the Teaching Office of the Department of Mathematics, through the Student Helpdesk service, an application for the recognition (filling in the appropriate form) together with the certification.
Please note that according to the University Student Regulations, up to a maximum of 12 ECTS can be recognized for the student's entire undergraduate career (Bachelor's and Master's degree program).
