Deadlines for the Graduation Session on October 30th, 2023

Thesis Proposal (activation of the procedure of Online Thesis Management)*	No later than 60 days before the graduation session
Submit the “Degree Attainment Application”** to reserve the graduation session	No later than 30 days before the graduation session: by September 29, 2023
Uploading the attachments (filled in and signed) of the “Degree Attainment Application”	No later than 30 days before the graduation session: by September 29, 2023
Uploading the attachments with “final versions” of the thesis and abstract*** (electronic thesis and abstract)	No later than 10 days before the graduation session: by October 20, 2023
Approval request to the supervisor***	No later than 10 days before the graduation session: by October 20, 2023

* After completing this first step, contact the advisor to get the online thesis proposal accepted.

** Please note that you can only activate the degree attainment application if you have paid your fees in full.

Please note also that the "degree attainment application" phase (i.e., online reservation for the graduation session on October 30, 2023) is available online starting from August 31, 2023.

*** It is advisable to activate the third step of the online procedure (upload of thesis and abstract and subsequent online approval request) at least a few days before the October 20 deadline; in fact, the advisor must (within the same deadline of October 20) accept the attachments, containing the final versions of thesis and abstract, and accept the request for online approval.
