Career Lab: First Steps into the Job Market for Graduates
This year as well, at the University of Salerno, the Career Lab took place in collaboration with Manpower, with the aim of supporting students in their conscious and competitive entry into the job market. Through practical activities and discussion sessions, the Career Lab helped students understand how to write an effective CV and how to successfully approach their first job interview. In addition, the program highlighted the skills and competencies most in demand by companies today, offering valuable guidance for students’ personal and professional growth.
