Lingue e Culture Straniere Stakeholder Consultations
The Foreign Languages and Literature Teaching Council has established a Stakeholder Steering Committee to facilitate and promote relations between the university and the socio-economic context.
The Committee, which meets annually, is composed of:
- Chair of the Teaching Council for Foreign Languages and Literatures;
- Head of the Stakeholder Steering Committee;
- several members of the Teaching Council, including those responsible for ongoing and final career guidance;
- Head of Student Opinion Analysis (OPIS);
- representatives of the socio-economic context, identified through surveys on the employment opportunities of graduates of the course and external collaborations in terms of internships/work placements, such as local representatives from the tourism, education, language mediation, archiving and library sectors, as well as entrepreneurs with particular reference to the world of industrial craftsmanship;
- a representative of the students.
As part of the 2021-2022 teaching programme, the Teaching Council for Foreign Languages and Literature first considered the questionnaires relating to internship activities, the highly positive results of which can be consulted at the following link https://corsi.unisa.it/lingue-e-culture-straniere/attivita-e-servizi/tirocini. In addition, it deemed it appropriate to carry out an initial remote consultation by sending a questionnaire (attached) by email in order to identify specific needs from the world of work and local institutions and to verify the adequacy of the programme's offering. Representatives from the tourism, business, linguistic-cultural mediation and education sectors were involved.
The results of the various consultations are described in the reports below.
